Yes! Studio Espyé offers complimentary shipping in India.

Before requesting a return, we’d like you to know: almost every Studio Espyé piece is handcrafted in India by skilled artisans. Every piece goes through careful quality checks before it leaves our studio.

Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• The approved returns reach us within 7 working days.
• The product is unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days after inspection and approval, to the original mode of payment. Transaction fees, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of the product may occur and are inherent to its design.

Custom or personalised pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange at the discounted price, even if a sale is ongoing at the time of your request.

STUDIO ESPYÉ offers one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material or craftsmanship concerns.

The warranty excludes loss, natural wear over time (including scratches, bent rings, or broken chains), damage from improper use or storage, or modifications made by parties other than Studio Espyé.

Please note that the jewellery, like all Rhodium plated pieces, may naturally experience discolouration over time if not taken care of well. The duration can vary from 3 months to 3 years, depending on maintenance.

To preserve the plating, we recommend storing your pieces in the original packaging in cool, dry place or in the any ziplock package, away from moisture and follow our jewellery guide we provide with each package.

Should discoloration occur after several months, re-plating is an option at an additional cost of INR 250-500. This ensures your jewelry retains its original beauty and brilliance.

Items purchased from authorised third-party retailers are not covered under this warranty. For assistance, we kindly recommend contacting the retailer directly.

To maintain the finish and longevity of your jewellery:

• Wear after applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray.
• Avoid contact with water, fragrance, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or physical activity.
• Store each piece separately in the soft pouch provided with the piece.
• Gently polish with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
